Program Description: Mentorship Certification is the second phase designed for those who have completed Healed to Lead and are ready to multiply their leadership by mentoring others. Students will be trained in mentorship principles, trauma-sensitive leadership, powerful coaching strategies, and how to guide women from pain to purpose. Participants will learn to steward their story, cultivate safe mentoring environments, and strategically disciple emerging leaders, preparing them to leave a lasting Kingdom impact. Program Focus: - Foundations of Spirit-led mentorship - Trauma-informed leadership practices - Coaching and discipleship skills - Building sustainable mentorship journeys Outcome: Certified Kingdom Leadership Mentor
